New Drug
I have discovered a new drug! I am audicted to my mother's day gift, an ipod! I cut twenty minutes off of my walking program, I get more chores done, and I've lost 5 lbs in a week from groovin' to the funky 50's-2008's. Lots of different music for me to dance, walk, and wash to! I should add that my loosing lbs has been frustrating until now. In the last 12 weeks I have not lost any weight. I have gained lots of mucle, but not lost weight. Kids are getting really big, and are ready for the end of school (the 13th for gavin, and the 22nd for Ashlee.

Fast Fun!
We have been having a sorts of fun on our motorcycle lately. We like to head up to the honda hills north of town just sfter lunch, that way we get to stay all afternoon. If the kids want to take a nap they can climb into the truck and lay down. For the most part they don't mind missing a nap. They play around on the little egg-rolling hills.
Tim is usually zooming around on the bike, stopping briefly to scoop up one of the little rug-rats to take them up big hills (which you'd think would be way hard, but its only hard comming down).
I 'm the one you see wandering around in between my short rides on the motorcycle that I can sit on all by myself (Tim says until I can shift that I'm not really riding it, but just siting and putt-putting like a moped). I have to say though that I'm doing pretty good so far I haven't ever fallen off or tipped the bike over.
One last note, Ashlee has recived a special award for placing in the 90th percentile in Iq for the state, and also for math and science.

Hard work, Cute boys, and olive oil
Hard work has come to a head here in Vernal, or at least several hard bodies. After many months (2 1/2) of no dairy, two weeks of no carbs, and then two days of just carbs, Mr Uintah has come and gone. We screamed and cheered for Kaleb, saw way two many boys with way to few clothes, and painted my brother with ( you guessed it) olive oil. I must mention that he did smell better last year, when baby oil was used. I also got to practice with my beloved camera. All in all we had a blast, and i got away from my children.
P.S. If anyone remebers coach Steinsgard, he will be representing the USA in the olimpics for Greco-Roman wrestleing. I hope it means that he won't be naked. He also wrestled a small 500 lbs bear.

New adventures
It seems everyone is in for change as of late. It might be a move to a new home, it might be a new job, a contest, a written essay, or someone might be having a baby (not me, I'm attempting to loose 30 pounds before my birthday).
I find my self not changing. In this season of change, I find my self stagnent, with nothing coming in or going out. I am either not producing enough, or Heavenly Father has decided that I need a break.
I have just recived a letter from an instatute back east (not the crazy kind). They deal mainly with literature for youth. I sent them a short story I wrote called "Finding a Frog". It was a five minute story about weeding in my family's garden, however they clamed to be impressed with my story, and yes, I realise that although they wanted to take my money ( $54 a month) it did make my self esteem a bit higher for a moment. In return for my money they promised to help me get manuscript ready for publication in a major magazine. Plus six college credits. I actually wish I had the money to do it, but I wouldn't want to waste money.
In closing I would just like to write that although change may flow around us, little things (like my daughter saying "O! sank you mamma ( Oh Thank you mama)) clearly make the edding, stagnent water, clear and beautiful.

life izzzz goood!
The bathroom is finally finished! Everything looks good. Tim did a lot of good work. Everything looks very nice.
We are gearing up for summer, and it started by my shutterbug fever. I took the kids up to Stinicker (i hate spelling) and took about three hundred pictures of water, sand, waves (a few bigguns), and my beautiful children. I have also been walking. I have been averaging about 6 miles a day, but if I push to hard I have problems with shin splints. Tim picked up an old motorcross style dirt bike (motorcycle). for a very nice price. It is in very good condition. We have the funnest time taking the kids to the honda hills and take rides on it. Yes the children have helmets, and Tim (the experienced racer) takes the kids very slowly. I will be syked when we go to yellowstone at the end of the summer.

work horse
Tim and I have started the remodeling in our rental ( our landlord pays for us to help, and takes it off of the rent). We have demoed, torn up, sheetrocked, mudded, tapped ( I did that all my self), sanded, primmered, and I am tired. We still have a long way to go.
Easter has gone well. The kids haven't been more hipped-up on suger in the longest time. We had fun collecting candy at the park.

tired author

I'm not sleeping well. Tim keeps waking me up to tell me that I'm snoring. This morning I told him that I knew I was snoring, and enjoying it, let me get back to sleep. This whole thing has gone on for the last three months. I used to think that Tim was bad when snoring, then my mother came over while I was napping. She actually recorded me and woke me up to play it back. In all I feel very picked on.
I can't help but feel like there is a better way to express my self, so i've turned to writting this blog. I hope for all of you that read it ( other than my mother who I hope rests well in her nice bed next to my father who is three times as bad at snorring.) Some one will actually feel sorry for me. If not go, save your selves. you can die of shame another day.
