sorry 'bout that

Okay so i know that for the last few months, that i have been slacking. Its not intentional, and i have no excuse, but i have been very tired. Yes that's right, the Geier family has been crazy busy! And all that has been left for me is to fall into bed.
The oil field is picking up again. Tim is taking more loads, and i am more busy than usual at work. Even our kids have had more than ever to keep up with, and we cant even keep up with that. We have been busy paying debts, getting papers together, and selling things we don't need ( i have a ford aspire for sell for $400 bucks if anyone is interested).
We have seen Grandpa Gene. he recently took all of two days to drive 20 hours to come see us, and then turn around and drive home the next day. I found it annoying, and he wouldn't have even stayed the night unless i hadn't been a c ow about that.
Blue (the dog) is doing very well. she is even growing the skin back on some of the places she skinned in her accident.
Sophie, Gavin, and Ashlee have been getting bigger. I have been buying tons of new jeans. Well, thats it for now.

how i about had a heart attack.

my pitt ull boxer mix is a VERY energetic dog. We love her very much. She doesnt have the brains the good lord gave a mud. So taking my dog out before we were going to town i left her off leash. yes i know dumb mistake, but she has been really good about not dashing off. Which is exactly what she decided to do once she saw a cat run across the street. not my cat mind you. those stay in the house, but right as i was to put her back on the darn leash she sees the cat and dashes ou after it. An suv going 45 mph hit her broad side. Now on most dogs right there the dog would be dead, but because of her pitt-like body her muscular nature took the impact and spread the damage out. after she rolled under the vehicle, the man slammed on his breaks draging her about 30 ft. this again might hurt a normal dog, but blue is a super dog. Her loose skin rolled with her making the damage again minamal. The impact with the pavement knocked her out good. thick skull, i highly recomend it!!! when we got her out from under the vehicle i thought she was dead. But then she gave this big cough and whine. i rushed over to her, grabbed her and took her over to the side walk, to wait for tim who ran to get the truck. its a good this we live right next to the vet. Dr. blood is AMAZING!!!! we love his guts!! he helped us out right away, and was very underdtanding of my VERY emotional outburst. She had some swelling on her brain, two blown eyes, very bruised lungs, and some minor cuts and abrasions. she was a mess! she got to come home the next day. she will have to keep very quiet for the next few days. she isnt mentally altered. but i dont see her running off anytime soon, and she has been better with the kiddos.
thanks to all of you for your prayers and concerns! It has totally made me feel better that someone cares!

Nothing to report captain.

Some may have had bets on weather my family and i still existed, or weather we had moved, or maybe even thought that we had disappeared from the face of the earth. The honest and whole truth is all of the above. First, there are some days where Tim and i don't believe that maybe we do exist. Second, we have moved, not from our house, but we are constantly moving and accomplishing things. third, as far as seeing anyone, maybe we have all but left the face of the earth. We have both been working so hard that for all intensive purposes maybe we have disappeared. I haven't even been to church in two months and am worried i may burst into flame, the next time i near one. I decided to post this so that those who look, will know that today, i am alive, moving, and tired as heck. this is just for the police report for when someone comes over and finds that the dogs and cats have eaten us. have a gr8 week.

good bye grampa....

I have felt the need to in someway, take notice of this passage in time for my family. They won't remember my gram pa Hamann, and the never got the chance in this life time to meet my lovely granny.
my gram pa was born November, 23rd 1929. He was the only son with either 6 or seven sisters. Most of whom were not known to my brothers and me. My gram pa was a hard working, intelligent man who knew the value of the things he worked for. He was the father of three children, and a husband for more years than i know. My daddy wouldn't be the be the AWESOME guy he is without the hard work of this man that i loved.
Gram pa wasn't patient. He had a hard time with my brothers and me getting into his things, but he loved us, and taught us whatever he could. I will miss him very much. I know he and Granny are happily reuniting. I love them both!
