I only wish she could make it all of them. that would make thingd a bit easier. I would dig having a night alone home with my hubby! Hope everyones new year starts off well!

When cherished memories turn to crud, that's when we put it all away.

So, because of the title I'm going to write about cleaning up christmas. I usually have it all down by now, but I guess this year was different. I usually put it all up the day after, but with the weekend I just didn't want to get everything out, then there is always the decision on wether to throw somthing away, or wether it has had it's last Christmas, or wether I can talk Tim into just letting me have my way. I just didn't want to get into it, so TODAY is the day. I'm going to have a clean house again! Yeah Me!

The Morning after.... Pill please.

Okay, so here we are. I haven't killed anyone and the house is realativley clean. I still can't spell. I have been doing laundry all morning. We got so much stuff that had to be cleaned before we could wear it. We had a good day yesterday. Our kids were excited about Santa, but didn't get up until 7. I told them in no uncertain terms that if they woke me up early I would kill them and then Santa would have to take bake all the lovley things that he brought. The girls climbed into an empty bed with me at 6:45. Tim had left it somtime durring the night. He has allergies, and can't sleep laying down all the time. Tim was snoring in the living room. Gavin had to be woken for the festivities. Ashlee need help with her reading so, while we drank hot chocolate, she got to read every one of the tags on the presents. The kids were also told that because Christmas was not just about getting presents, that they had to take turns opening theirs. Sophie got alot of Tinkerbell stuff, underwear and all. Gavin's Christmas was all about the motors. There were cars, and motorcycles all over the place. Ashlee was all about Hannah Montana. She got two wigs. All the kids needed clothes. It's sad when your little three year old wears a size 4-5. Ashlee needed some shirts, and so did Gavin. I guess the colthing thing went all around. Tim and I both got each other clothes too. He did reall good and didn't get me granny pants this time.
We cleaned up, had breakfast, and let the kids play. By that time it was lunch, and we gave them a sandwich. I really needed some more sleep, so we all took naps, and then went up to my mom's.
This is were the tylenol would have been nice. As soon as we walked into the house we started to open presents again. Kaleb even played garbage lady. The kids didn't even loose the pieces of toys they got.
Dinner was fantastic. We had a new york strip roast. Twice baked potatoes, green beans, and peas and carrots. Tim then made an awsome cherry crisp.
Sophie didn't pee on anyone. Ashlee didn't break down crying. Gavin did throw a tempertantrum, but I quickly stopped it by telling him that I would not put up with it. He gets too excited and then goes from hyper to attitude. It really does bother him to listen to all the chatter.
By the time we got home I wanted everyone to go to bed, but we did put things away first. I even started some laundry, to keep the house warm. This morning wasn't so great. I really wanted to sleep in. But I got up and used my brand new plush robe to keep me warm. I think that I have a Christmas hangover. Tylenol anyone? Please?

feeling under the weather?

So I guess we are going to have winter after all. I thought that for a while there we were living in some place south of the border, and I ain't talkin about Mexico. I really can't live somwhere there isn't snow. I love snow. I'm not so could with the whole cold thing, but it's a trade off.
Speaking of under the weather, Ashlee isn't feeling good again. I even had to do house work on a Sunday. Of course, Ashlee didn't give me a choice when she barfed all over my kitchen. She is still siting on my couch with a barf bucket.
Tim has been sick for the last few weeks, but after sitting in a hot spring in thermopilous. He claims to feel better.
I'm staying inside today. I'm not going anywhere. Hopefully Tim comes home from work, because I'm not going to get him.

Three children and a funeral (or the day Tari and Vikki watched my kids).

Once apon a time, a crazy shut-in was told of the death of a beloved realative of her father. Her father's uncle was a source of amusment around the crazy shut-in's childhood home. Countless stories were told of this larger than life man who loved children, animals, semi precious stones, and photography. He was a hero to crazy's father and her father felt the need to journey to a large city and comisourate with others who would miss the man.
Crazy's mother had to work, her hubby had to go in a different direction (Luvell, WY), the only brother who will babysit for her had school. She was in a conudrome, and felt bad that her father would have to greave alone.
Crazy called two women that lived near her. Two angels, two saints, two wonderful ladies. They volinteired to watch crazy's children while she journied afar to say farewell.
It was difficult to arrange the outting with her father and involved many complex phone calls to crazy's angels and hubby, but it was finnaly aranged.
The journey required that crazy and her father leave at an early hour. She got up at 4:30 in the morning, which was an hour that crazy hadn't seen since she needed prozac. She did acomplish the tasks of cleaning herself and preparing for the journey with great speed. She showed up early and starteled her fahther with her timming.
The beginning of their journey was long, and crazy was afraid that hubby wouldn't be equal to the task of mothering her left-behind-children. Hubby isn't known for his mothering skills. However he managed to shop for crazy and take the children to the angels even if he put the littlest one's shirt on backwards, and didn't comb her hair.
Meanwhile Crazy and her father had to stop many times for potty brakes, and needed a donut in Heber. They made good time, and went to the happiest funeral that crazy had ever been to. She saw people who she didn't know still existed. For they had dropped off of the map.
In Vernal, The angels played musical children and everyone did well. Crazy had a good day and annoyed her father with her social ineptness all the way to the far off kingdom and back. He told her she talked too much. Hubby however was told not to come back until friday and Crazy will miss him like,..well Crazy.

P.S. Crazy would like to thank the Angels and let them know that if they need anything to call her.

up date

So, still nothin fancy with the whole blog thing, I miss putting pictures of my cuties up. Were are on to a new phase of remodeling. We are doing the other bathroom. right now all of the funky old tile off, and underneith is the nastiest smell. I couldn't belive it. it smells worse than a sewer. It is a very old-guy-who-peed-himself-and-rotted smell. Pray for me.

Okay, I kind of fixed my computer, but it's working funny still, so no b-day pictures of Sophie's b-day! sorry folks. I'm disapointed too. Just know that I'm here.

Sophie's last big horahh!

Sophie's last mommy and me class ( Prime time for kids) was today. She will miss it. She loves to go see miss Pam. Miss Shanna is now gone, so we won't see her either. I don't think that Sophie will miss the kids so much. Until now she hasn't played will them, so much as play near them. Sunday my Baby (tears here) will be three.

Oh Eddie (Yes I'm one of the many)!

I can't think of a better man than Edward Cullen. Sweet, kind, gentle, patient. These a qualities so many men lack especisly that last one. After checking out this mornings Blogs, I think that others agree, and are just as ready as I to meet the hunky hero.

I'm a junior rufneck.

This is a common site if you live any where near Vernal. This last couple of weeks, I have been going with Tim out to do some of his runs. We take the kids with us, and we see many of these. Usually I want to strangle my children by the time we get beck, but I like that we get out of the house. It's either this or......

My heart belongs to Scotland... or Alaska,...Okay, I'm not sure.

I really just wanted to look at some pretty pictures today. Scotland is one of the many places that I would like to go.

Just like many little girls, I have always wanted to dress pretty, live in a castle, and find my white knight. Even though I am definatly more atracted to the black knight.

Who wouldn't want to live somewhere so pretty.

I stole Amber's stolen tag.

Okay, I'm not much for tags, but I liked this one. Yes, Iknow this is my second post for the day.
1. What is your husbands name? Timothy Wayne Geier
2.How long have you been married? Seven years on March 23rd.
3. How long did you date? almost a year.
4. How old is he? Tim is 36. I know, he's gettin up there, but I couldn't find anyone my age, my height, or in the same state who wanted me, so I went somewhere else.
5. How tall is he? Tim is 6' 2". I'm only 5'6" by comparisson.
6.Who can sing the best? Me, by a landslide. He wouldn't know music if it kicked him in the butt and said, "Hey I'm music."
7. Who is smarter? Actually I am. We took a test. I scored ten points higher. Thank you books filled with seemingly unvaluable information!
8. Who does the laundry? Me, I'm home all the time.
9. Who pays the bills? Tim, I can't count.
10. Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? Tim does, I like the left.
11. Who mows the lawn? Well, right now we don't have a lawn, but if we did, it would be Tim.
12. Who cooks dinner? Tim for the most part, once in a while I will kick him out of my kitchen.
13.Who's the first to admit they are wrong? Me, I'm trying to be better at that, but Tim doesn't care to work on the whole "Pride, and stuborness" thing.
14.Who kissed who first? It was a mutual dessision, but he did ask.
15. Who wears the pants? I wish I did, and I do make a good fight for it, but Tim is fairly agressive when it comes to his opinions.

I really don't know who hasn't had this one. So Itag anyone who wants to do it.

Okay now that the whole "Election" thing is over, I can tell everyone this story. Sophie has a new favorite set of words. Bet ya can't guess what they are. Yep, that's right. It's our president elect, Barrack Obama! For days she has been running around the house calling everyone and everything, you got it, Barrack Obama! Now, I'm not exactaly a fan of our new president. I feel it's wrong when our next president won't salute the flag, or say the pledge of alegence, I'm more partroitic than he is. Other than that I think he'll do some good in office. However, when my littlest angel runs around screaming Barrack Obama it is so darn cute.

totally superficial

Okay, So I do know that this is majorly superficial but my face is covered in zits. It only happens once a month but I swear that it's almost as bad as the other thing that only happens once a month. The worst part is that it happens all at once. I know this is mostly because of the ragging hormones corsing through my body, but I feel very sensative anyway.

Okay! These pictures are really great. I took the kids to the walking park today, and this is what I got.

I want to live at Hogwarts

So I have decided that living in reallity is highly over rated. I do how ever think that Hogwarts would be on my list of top places to escape to. When did I get soooo nerdy? I used to be a lot better at being a nerd in secret. Now I am throwing my nerdiness out there for everyone to see. I can't help but think is, is this a product of being alone with small children for long amounts of time, or have I always been this geeky.

Tuesday, November 4, 2008

Yes, I did it.

Just so everyone knows, yes I did go and vote. I will not tell you who I voted for however, because I want those who go and vote to make their own decision. I refuse to push my politics on anyone who doesn't want to hear them. After getting Gavin on the bus I took Sophie and we went to the Western park. She looked so cute, and every little, old poll working lady in there had to tell her how cute she was. My kids are going to have way big egos.

As I have said beore, I won't tell you how to vote, but I will plead with you to actually go to your polling place and do it. Voting is important. Every vote does count....blah blah blah.

Hopefully, not the oh so typical Halloween post.

Okay, so most people like to say how great their kids were and how cute they looked. My kids sucked! Big time. They ran around without me. We lost Gavin. Ashlee cried the whole time because she didn't get her way. Sophie fell asleep. The pumpkins turned out better than the kids did.

This was Ashlee at school. The picture before this was not pretty. This one, not so bad. I thought that it sucked that the kids didn't get to wear their costumes. I really liked it as a kid.

Finnished pumpkins, and Super Heros

So these pictures are pretty explanitory. I finnished my pumpkins, and I know that the pictures are a little blury, but my card was full, and it wasn't working right.
Here's my little super hero, Peter Parker eat your heart out!

Cat and pumpkin

There are nine pumpkins in all.

We really couldn't get the whole web caster finger combination right.

Pumpkins big enough to sit on.

one picture says enough.

Can a fairy be cynical?

Are fairies aloud to be cynical? Maybe you should tell me what Sophia is thinking here cause I just don't think she's in the mood for a picture.
This one is a little better, but where is my Sophie?

Oh there she is! I wondered where she went.

Monday, October 27, 2008

Tim compared me to betty boop today. I don't know about you, but I don't think that I ever had that rack, those hips, or the big head. I don't know wether to be offended or not. Has anyone noticed she has NO NECK? Apperently I have been giving of some kind of (you may want to cover the eyes of any near by chil for this part) seductive act? I don't know. I also don't know if I like being compared to a 78 year old cartoon with no neck . Does that mean that I get to compare him to her boyfriend, who happens to be a dog, named Bimbo?

Tim blackmailed me

Tim insited that I put this picture up. I realized yesterday that there aren't many pictures of me. I am the wicked major shutter-bug in the house, so I am the one always behind the camera, plus Tim was going to put a naked baby picture of me if I didn't put this one up. Happy now dork?

Livin' on top of the world!

Many saw me limp around last sunday at church. This would be the reason why. We really did have to climb over top of 500 logs to get up here,
Yes, we are really close to the edge. I'm only mildy scared, and only when the wind is blowing.

I brought Ashlee with us. She was a real tropper. Yeah Ashlee!
P.S. My knees feel much better this week.

Umm... so'more nice hair

We decided that this week has not been a good
one for hair. Everyone at our house has had a bad hair day
I have no idea why she has to pose like this.

She does it in most of the pictures I take of her.

But ya got to admit she's a cutie pie. She has gotten so that when she is told to sop doing somthing she gets this girly attitude where she'll put her hands on her hips and wiggle them as she walks away.

Wednesday, October 22, 2008

Nice, umm,...hair?

Today was crazy hair day at Gavin's preschool. We had a lot of fun with this particular hair style. He was wicked excited, because we used all his favorite colors, green, blue, black, and we topped that off with gold glitter. The only picture he would let me get was this one while he was brushing his teeth. He wouldn't even smile. He is way moody these days.

Knees and toes....knees and toes

I went hikking on saturday. Yeah me! I got to leave my house. It was awsome! We hiked to the west edge of Ashley gorge ( for those who don't know, Ashley gorge is the one you see when you look north of Vernal. Some people get confused and think it is, Dry fork.) We threw paper airplanes off of the edge (pictures are forth comming). The last time my family shlept our bodies up to the edge, there was a nice trail. Since the last time there has been a fire. It left a great deal of trees scattered on the ground, trees that had to be climbed over. There was approximatley 500 of them. I stopped counting after 458 just going the one way. Anyway, at the top of one of the revines, I fell and twisted my knee. It is swollen, and hurts really bad. Since I lost the 25 lbs, My knees have felt some what better, but Sunday morning, about 1:30 am, I woke with them throbbing. I took some tylenol, but it didn't help as well as the fish oil, and napoxine sodium that my dad gave me.
I felt better this morning, and decided to go on my morning walk. I hurt my knee again. I guess i'll go and take some more tylenol.

Tuesday, October 14, 2008

Yeah me!

I feel old. I don't feel 27. Yep, today is my birthday. For those of you who thought that I'd leave a long, rambloing retrospective, you are mistakin. Due to lack of photograghic evidence (my mother has all my pictures still) I'm not even able to prove I'm leagitamitly alive (I am leagitamite however). So to those, young and old who have for years called October 14th their birthday, I call you my brotheren.

sick! again....?

I love fall! This weekend hasn't been the best tempertature (?) wise. I still had a way good walk this morning. Tim is sick, don't know what he has, but when he is sick he's a bigger baby about it than I am, or the kids are for that matter. I've spent the last two weeks getting every dusty thing cleaned in my house, but the alleriges still rage, I don't mean to be gross, butI am producing coppious amounts of mucus. I've gone through 150 kleenex's in two days. I feel gross!

Wednesday, October 8, 2008

For those who didn't go to the service auction, you missed a good thing. It rocked! We had a great time, and I'm sure just about everyone came away with something good, and we even saw good stuff at the end when noone had any points left. It was really good to see some of the ladies there, and good to see new faces too.
Well, this morning I was up at the crack of dawn ( 6:30). I mixed up dough, I let it rise, I kneeded it, I rolled it out, I put in filling, I let it rise again, I baked it, and then I frosted it. No, I'm not talking about my hair, I made more orange sweet rolls. After having frosted them, I imeadiatly (I'm really bad at spelling) took three over to brooke's house, but she's not answering her phone, so I might have poisoned her.

Monday, October 6, 2008

thanks second mom!

It's no secret that I have always thought of Linda Wilkey as my second mom. We run into her around town, she always asks about my family, and she has always treated me as almost one of her own. Thanks for the treats second mom! We loved them!
Who could ask for a better thing to eat while watching confrence? Rice Krispy treats of course! Some of them had M&M's, and some were peanut butter. They rocked!!!!!

Biggest mega knuklehead mcspazatron

Have I ever metioned that I am a really big dork? I'm not just the usual dork, kind of spaztic-lives in his mothers basment. I am the kind of dork that makes a big batch of orange sweet rolls and takes them to the church when the service auction isn't til next week. Duh what a dope I am! Then on top of that I call all over heaven and earth just to find out that I can't get anyone to eat the rolls. I have no idea what I'm going to do for the auction now. The rolls won't last that long. They don't freeze, and now that I have brought them home all but one is gone (sophie scrapes the frosting of of them, and then picks at the bread).

I'm okay with not saving the world.

So, I decided that nothing I have to say is going to cure cancer, destress anyone, help clean the ozone, or make an inpact on millions of lives. I think I'm okay with that. These post I make are more of a journal, because I'm not that good at writting, I'm not even that good at typing. I don't have the family connection that Michelle has, I'm not funny like Kym, I am not brave like Tari, I can't express the kind of love I have for my husband like Brooke, and I don't have Janices sence of style. These are not however going to detour me from telling the net about my day, in hopes of someone feeling better about themselves, their lives, their work, or their dorky spouse.
This being said, I have made sweet rolls for the service auction, If I make it. I am at the moment very sleepy, and am still not feeling well. I guess maybe the medication is responsible for my pensive mood (sometimes I even get dark).

need sleep...zzzzz....zzzzz

I'm way tired. I totally need to sleep. Tim got home at 11pm last night. We went to bed and Tim fell asleep on his arm. Around 2 he woke and went in the livingroom because his arm hurt. I can't seem to sleep when he's up moving around. So I got up and fell asleep on the couch. My alarm went off @ 6:30 like usual, but I wasn't ready to get up. I did any way. So, I went about my day as if I had gotten a normal nights sleep. I went on my walk, cleaned my kitchen, got Gavin on the bus, and watched Barbie and the Daimond Castle. About half way through, I started to snore, and Sophie smacked me in the face (She said she was sorry, but I remain unsure). We've had lunch and are waiting for Gavin to get home so we all can have a nap, but I am having trouble not closing my eyes. The fact that the medicine that I'm taking for my allergies says non-drowsie, doesn't matter. My eye lids are heavy, I can't breath out of one nostril, and I have a feather balnket on my lap, I may not make it........zzzzzz.

Monday, September 29, 2008

I got the sniffles.

Fall is my favorite time of year. I love the crisp air, ripe apples, fall leaves, pumpkins, and garden veggies. There are few things I don't like about autum. My nose, does not agree. I get the worst allergies, and usually end up with a sinus infection. This week must have been that time, because I have been sick since Thursday. I couldn't stay in bed today so I went on a walk, yes still sick, and enjoyed my self anyway.
